The restaurant in the Podere simply offers to its guests the great taste of the Italian kitchen. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

You will try our \u201cAntipasto del Podere\u201d (the house antipasto) with a different choice of starters any time you order it; our homemade pasta with tomato sauce, \u201ccarbonara\u201d, or \u201carrabbiata\u201d; our specialties as the pasta dressed with cherry tomatoes and Colonnata lard, or with pistachios and pesto sauce flavoured with dried tomatoes. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We do not miss Tuscan masterpieces as the black cabbage soup, the \u201cbordatino\u201d (a soup made of local vegetables and corn flour), the rabbit rag\u00f9, and the \u201ctestaroli\u201d with pesto.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If you want to taste something really lip-smacking, you must try our BBQs: the Tuscan mixed grilled meat, or the worldwide famous \u201cfiorentina\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t
